吃的很累的時候怎麼辦 - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟目前再增肌
一天吃3000大卡 不靠垃圾食物 高熱量食物 對我來說還蠻難的QQ
有時候一天吃到2600左右覺得不想吃了 還是會硬是找東西吃到3000
自己會克制自己不去吃油炸的高熱量食品 所以覺得吃的份量都還滿飽的
盡量以自助餐或自己料理為主
一週五練 持續13週了
最近幾個禮拜的休息日 都覺得平常吃東西吃的好多好累哦
休息日就放肆自己隨便吃 熱量不算營養素也不算
長期這樣下來是不是也是會滿大的影響
大家碰到這種情況都怎麼做呢?
