跟據營養師的建議
ㄧ般人三大營養素攝取比例
澱粉約50
蛋白質30
脂質20
大概個多十趴的區間
我好奇澱粉若超過60
會如何
蛋白質攝取最多可到每公斤幾克不傷腎若不運動
脂肪若超過四十趴會如何
以上都假定總熱量剛好tdee
因爲我想同樣是吃到tdee
若全是蛋白質 或全是澱粉或全是脂質
體脂率 或血脂都會變化吧
減醣飲食要吃到tdee嗎
他會同時消體脂 內脂嗎
也會消肌肉嗎
為避免消肌肉
多吃蛋白質到每公斤2克
但不重訓
可以保留肌肉嗎
