基本資料

體重:57
BMI:21.4
體脂率:27.5%
三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋吐司+冰奶茶 or 河粉蛋餅+冰奶茶
午餐:客戶提供什麼就吃什麼(便當居多 但吃大概1/2-2/3左右)
晚餐:最近是滷味(粉肝 絲瓜 豬蹄筋 蒟蒻*3 板條-->偶爾)
昨天吃鮭魚生魚片*6
之前有吃義大利麵~~~
其他:中午吃完會買一杯小7的抹茶奶綠 晚餐會加喝一杯幾乎是無糖的鮮奶茶
日常作息時間:八點到下午六七點 工作
不加班的話 九點左右去健身房 運動時間大概30~60分
12:30-2:00左右入睡
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:幾乎是每天(已經持續一個月多 瘦了1kg)去健身房慢跑
剛開始快走5分 跑速度5~6約10~15分 剩下走速度4.6達30~40分
現在是快走速度5 3分鐘 跑速度8.5~9約15~20分(偶爾會到25)剩下走速度
4.6達40~60分鐘
去回健身房也是步行 約10分鐘
我的問題:速度滿慢的 但又不想逼自己晚餐不吃 因為我怕做太猛我反而會撐一陣子
就停下來
短期目標是6月底54左右吧 但就怕都沒動靜
中期目標是50~52
最終是希望有天可以48啦....
不知道我要改進什麼才能瘦得快?
我是脂肪人 雖然現在才57(不好意思啦 原po幾年前曾經72)
但腰 大腿 超肥....現在也只能先不想那麼多
有想過假日要改成游泳 不過實行力有待商榷....
