早餐:subway 6吋的嫩切雞肉堡(有起士 完全沒有醬 只有胡椒粉)or
一杯無糖豆漿+8湯匙的桂格大燕麥片
午餐:subway 6吋的嫩切雞肉堡(有起士 完全沒有醬 只有胡椒粉)or
麻將麵+一棵羅慢生菜
晚餐:魯味(30元的高麗菜+2個蘭花甘 沒有湯 大辣)
其他:上面是1到5的三餐
星期六早餐沒吃 中餐吃池上便當的特餐(120元的那一種)晚餐還是魯味
星期天早餐沒吃 中餐friday or滿棠紅(犒賞自己 )晚餐可能就不吃了
日常作息時間:am 0830起床
am 0030睡覺
生活作息:學生
運動習慣:一個禮拜大約有4-5天騎x bike
(阻力4 騎65分鐘 路程是27公里 快樂表顯示1000卡)
我的問題:1.我今天下午去北醫做inbody 結果顯示:
a.體 重126.8kg(177%)
骨骼肌重 46.7kg(138%)
體脂肪重 45.2kg(430%) (百分比為標準體重當分母 我的重量當分子)
b.基礎代謝率2133卡!!!!!!!!!!
2.營養師說 我沒什麼大問題 就是體脂肪太多
但 我瘦下來之後 絕對不可能是流星花園的體態
而是肌肉男......
這我是沒什麼關係 但 營養師還說 我的肌肉太重了
(正常範圍是30.6kg到37.4kg)而我是46.7kg
3.重點是 我要如何減體脂而不增加肌肉量?
而且 基礎代謝率 2133卡有那麼高嗎?
inbody絕對不會錯嗎?
