運動後基代可以增加多少? - 健身

應該說"保持運動的習慣"後,
基代照理說會上升,
我開始運動一個多月了
每周至少慢跑3天,一次30分鐘
吃的跟以前一樣,沒有節食
之前完全沒有運動習慣時基代約1120 (很低)
現在則是 1160左右,好像沒有增加多少?
是我的運動強度不夠嗎?
還是說他已經到達極限值了....?
我還得做什麼讓他上升呢 ? > <
