唉 減得很慢 - 健身

體脂率:目前 25.6 %

三餐內容
早餐:培根蛋土司 or 鮪魚蛋土司、鹹粥(有香菇、芋頭、玉米等)
午餐:各式便當全吃光 or 雞肉飯便當+筍湯+燙青菜 or 貝果夾生菜
晚餐:便當(3菜)不吃主菜 or 蒜泥白肉便當吃光光
其他:飲料不愛喝,偶爾無糖麥茶(約半個~一個月一次)
不嗜甜所以也不愛甜點跟麵包
然後只要是澱粉類我都熱愛(飯、玉米、芋頭、菱角.....)
沒有吃宵夜的習慣
水的話不清楚喝多少,應該有超過1200(?)
日常作息時間:11點前睡,7、8點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每周至少3次(下雨就沒辦法囉)慢跑30分鐘,約3200m
我的問題:
我運動約一個半月以上了,目的是減脂
一開始體脂26.7,到現在25.6
體重幾乎沒有變化 (不過那也不是重點)
我在想是因為我沒節食嗎?
好啦事實上以我的體型來說算吃的不少
可是因為我熱愛吃東西
而且活到現在幾乎沒有在運動
所以想說開始跑步後應該可以很順利的減脂吧.....
結果到現在也只減了1%而已
而且從只能走路到現在能跑30分鐘
我都快升天了啊~~
明明腳動的很快速度卻蠻慢的
我歸咎於腿的長度問題.......
這樣減脂的速度算正常嗎?
還是我應該克制一下吃東西的份量?
不知不覺就有點灰心了 T_T
