啞鈴握舉旋轉肌腱破裂 - 健身

簡單說就是
前一兩個月啞鈴臥舉想說再堅持最後一下的時候
忽然左邊肩膀啪的一聲然後回家後開始疼痛,只要動到就會痛,痛到睡不好.
隔天星期一痛到忍不住就去佳德骨科看,照X光說骨頭沒事.開始復健
隔一周還是非常痛,就去長庚掛骨科(徐郭堯醫師)
安排了核磁共振,運氣好隔兩天就排到照核磁,
但是看報告要等兩周,就是安排復診那天才看到
醫師看完說是旋轉肌腱破裂,現場示範叫我手左右平舉,
然後醫師出手按壓手臂,左右平舉往上伸展,肩膀就會有疼痛的感覺.
問能不能再健身
他是用吊橋的繩索舉例,繩索一千根斷了幾百根就不要再增加負荷.
另說了重點兩個,這個不會自己好,肌腱要開刀補,
然後最好戒菸因為對傷勢會有影響.
問了開刀的費用大概五萬打死可處理.
之後回家搜尋了一下旋轉肌腱破裂,有人分享開刀復健過程
剛好就是徐醫師開的刀,最後一篇有說有復原狀況良好,
剛開刀後一段時間要著固定支架讓肩膀手臂固定,
所以後來再復診的時候看到有人裝支架,一問果然也是旋轉肌腱開刀.
說真的是蠻沮喪的,六,七月開始健身結果沒幾個月就因此暫時中斷
上半身的胸肌背肌都沒辦法練了,
結論是 有得練是幸福,請好好珍惜 QQ
最後另外想說如果有推薦在台北的醫師也麻煩推薦一下,
想在開刀前再給其他醫生看看,謝謝大家.
