我昨天計算了一下我一天喝的水
將近約6000cc常溫水
如果我當天有運動,還要再加1000cc
我知道建議一天喝的水量是1500~2000
喝太少於這個數字對身體不好,會有尿道炎痛風等等

我去年二月因為工作很忙,沒空喝水沒空上廁所
工作了5個月後,最後一個月月初解尿會痛有血尿,得了尿道炎
沒有去看醫生,只是自己吃藥,多喝水多上廁所
之後就不痛了,我以為好了
可是月底時突然在半夜發高燒,燒燒退退,完全沒有體力自己下床
在床上躺了四天燒了四天只喝水
之後看醫生他說是腎臟發炎,趕緊打點滴才好
我覺得是因為這樣,所以我後來開始想到就喝水
因為那四天真的很痛苦,我一個人住,我以為我會死在那裡
病好了之後身體狀況也大不如前,很怕冷容易感冒

總之我現在起床就先空腹喝500cc水
┌三餐飯前喝500cc水

├飯中喝250cc水
│
└飯後喝250cc水
→這樣吃完一餐飯就喝下1000cc了
洗澡前喝250cc水
洗澡後喝250cc水
===>這樣每天基本就喝下4000cc的水了
還有其他時候可能口渴、無聊等等就喝水
起床先喝500cc、飯前喝500cc、洗澡前後各喝250cc
這都是看報紙說,這樣對身體好的,或是可以抑制食慾增進飽足感幫助減肥的
因為我大約三天才排便一次,新聞也說多喝水對排便有助益
總之每次看報紙說何時喝水對身體好,我就會照喝
不知不覺就喝了這麼多水,以往都沒有發覺,昨天心血來潮計算一下才知道
不過我也常上廁所,尿的顏色都是淺黃色或白色
我沒有水腫的問題
我也很少喝其他飲料,可能一個禮拜喝一次
以前一天會喝一瓶無糖茶,不過為了牙齒美白,已經快一年沒喝了
想請問一下,我知道喝太少水對身體不好
那喝太多水,像我這樣,對身體也會不好嗎?
是不是該減少喝水量?
