我想借這篇發問,
請問乳清和優酪乳的鈣質和維生素例如B12之類的和牛奶差不多嗎?
因為吃素,平時只喝乳清和優酪乳,但像B12的好似其餘植物性的食物
人體是比較難吸收,所以不太知道這樣攝取夠不夠?
另外,想到關於鈣,根據以前讀生物的片面印象是,鈣、鉀、鈉離子
對神經傳導極重要,但飲食攝取的關係,人體比較會缺乏鈣。故補充
足夠的鈣亦有安眠的效果。之前也有許多相關的研究報導說,睡得好
也會瘦,所以若以此點看來,也支持 whitestripe 的主張喔。但的確
也得適量攝取,畢竟像牛奶這種高蛋白的東東,攝取過量也是會傷胃和
傷腎的。
