喝豆漿的選擇及時間點、蛋白質補充問題 - 美體

我目前是一個上班族(女,27歲),
已開始減肥大概快一個月,
每天下班就在家附近的公園健走15圈(18:00-19:00),
假日則是早上走20圈(8:00-9:20),
另外飲食部份:
早餐:熱無糖豆漿和烤地瓜,
午餐:吃便當(比較常吃肉魚便當)或麵
晚餐:一樣是便當或麵(但份量減少),
還有每天一份水果(不一定什麼時候吃)
由於很怕瘦身會瘦到胸部,
所以每天都一定喝豆漿和吃蛋,
很多人都說運動完補充蛋白質對於生長肌肉很有幫助,
但想請問如果我把喝豆漿的時間移到運動後(平常下班健走完)會比在早上喝好嗎?
還有豆漿的選擇是一般早餐店的豆漿比較好還是超商的比較好呢?
(因為怕早餐店的豆漿是基因改造)
另外運動完喝牛奶也會有相同效果嗎?
