1.早上起來在還沒刷牙洗臉前
就先喝500cc溫開水
過不了多九
就會有便意囉!
2.萬一還沒有
你就去7-11買無糖高纖豆漿來喝
我覺得真的蠻有效的喔!
通常這樣我就排的很乾淨了
3.最最終極
當我外出玩耍3天
我的排泄系統就會停擺
旅遊完回到家
會拿出我的大絕招
洋車前子+溫水
隔天真的都會拉出來喔
