請問我要減肥
我現在方法對嗎???
165cm 60kg 體脂30(每天基礎代謝率1500)
在四點前吃完一天份食物(約1500卡)都是外食 如 便當.麵食類
一天800c.c.無糖綠茶 + 1500c.c.水
晚上3小時運動(跳舞.腳踏車)大約消耗300卡
請問我這樣是正確的減肥方法嗎???
怎樣才能加速減肥?或著更好的方法??
