困擾 - 健身

小弟上健身房也二個多月了
最近開始在各部位的訓量上加重量
可能是我的身體不習慣這些重量
常常練完後腰會很不舒服 (在下有椎間盤突出的毛病 orz)
尤其是練腿的一些動作 如蹲舉之類的
練完後腰整個呈現完蛋了的狀態 \(^o^)/
甚至早上醒來照一下鏡子 會發現我的身體是歪一邊的…
(ps 現在也是歪著身體在打字 = =")
有時真的很不舒服了就會休息個一天不去上健身房
可是訓練就這樣一直斷斷續續的 除了已經繳了錢不去浪費外
也怕身體沒辦法快速的進步 (想快速進步的原因在幾個月前的文章有提過XD)
不知道我這樣麻煩的狀況
有人可以給我一些建議嗎 真的感激不盡 m(_ _)m
