圓身的困擾 - 美體

昨天因為一個機緣去給人家拍照
之後 我才發現 我真的是超級圓身
想說自己不會很胖 只是豐腴了點 是阿 上半身豐腴
所以今天...接受現實了(以前都活在自己的世界)XD
要開始擬定減胖計劃!
我157 體重51 可是外觀看起來 上半身是55 下半身是47
多虧了照片讓我面對現實............
胖都胖在手臂 臉 大肥肚(32)
體脂肪很久以前量過28~32 間 (最近打算買一台可測體指的體重計)
可是有一個問題 困擾我好久@@!
我的下半身很結實 是硬的 小腿肌跟大腿肌都恰到好處
屁股也是很翹很結實
但是上半身就是 哀 也是硬的!! 手臂 肚子 都是硬的
我好像很容易就有肌肉且不太易消
我已經半年沒有很正常的運動了 結果很是軟不下了@@!
我真的很羨慕那種全身都是肥軟那種類型的,Orz
每次很規律的做些有氧運動時(減肥)身體都沒啥消風,都是變壯.變更硬
(ex慢跑快走騎腳踏車游泳)
所以每次到一半就停了 我到底該怎麼辦
雖然有肌肉,但體脂肪還是有點高(我猜應該是內臟脂肪)
所以這次的減肥計畫 我好怕脂肪不會消 直接變成肌肉 囧
我的飲食習慣 : 偏好蔬菜 每天都必吃水果 常喝熱水 不喝湯
和每天上大號(不會便祕) 喜歡低油食物 澱粉類不會攝取過多
有時餓時 會吃小餅乾(低卡) 不喝有糖 奶精類飲品
必吃早餐 午餐也必吃 晚餐6點~8點進食 不太穩定
有時候會吃多(即使吃多還是健康導向 多吃菜)
因為晚進食了阿 所以不會吃宵夜
瘦不下來的原因:應該是沒甚麼運動(我怕有點結實的肥肉直接變肌肉)
還有 我是上班族 長時間坐在椅子上 這應該也是大肚子的原因
我到底怎麼做啊!!
