體脂22.9%
基代1181
隔了一個月
體脂20.2%
基代1174
體重大概下降0.5左右(45.5)
身高154.155不高
我每天都吃大概1300-1500卡的熱量
也很注意營養均衡
一定都有蔬菜水果蛋白質澱粉油脂
也會吃維他命B(知道那天需要體力念書會吃)
每週去健身房有氧1.5hr一兩次
基代不升反降
有什麼方法可以把基代拉高到1200呢?
