年齡:25
身高:156
體重:53
BMI: 21.9
體脂率:25.8
三餐內容
早餐:土司夾起司,豆漿一杯
午餐:青菜蛋花麵,自己煮的
晚餐:土司夾起司,水煮蛋,牛奶,偶爾加吃蘋果梨子或其他當季水果
日常作息時間:暑假睡很好,睡滿12小時吧
生活型態:學生
減肥方式: 大概運動了六個月
從每週兩三次到四五次到最近兩個月變成天天動
游泳一小時(1200m)或跑步一小時(7K)
還有每天跳鄭多燕啞鈴操
問題陳述:我自己算每天的熱量大概1300-1400之間
以為有吃到基代,後來這幾天突然靈光一現(?)
吃到基代的意思是吃的熱量扣掉消耗的熱量之後,才算是每天有的熱量嗎?
還是我有吃到就好,不用扣掉運動的熱量?不明白耶
這樣的運動型態大概持續了六個月
但是大腿肉依舊軟呼呼~別人問我都有點不好意思說我有在運動
到底版上的大家都是練了多久才有美腿阿?
至少不要走路一抖一抖的....QQ
體脂從之前31降到現在25.8
然後停了!!?
驚恐阿...怎麼就不降了呢?是我的飲食有問題
還是要加什麼新的重訓方式嗎?如果有,請告訴我><
有點不知道該怎麼辦~
跑步我有用腳尖著地,還有用念力讓大腿用力
想說應該可以多少瘦大腿吧,但是他還是軟軟的
而且肚子也是一圈...沒有消...我幾乎不吃冰的耶
我想要腹肌><可是體脂它不降了,請大家幫我看看吧!謝謝
