增加籃球運動表現課表 - 健身

大家好 小弟身材185體重100,六日有比賽要打,而平日只有兩天各一小時能夠去健身房,
目前是按照這樣的課表去練,目的是提升最大肌力為主,不知道版上有沒有籃球同好能糾正
或有改善的地方,謝謝。
禮拜一
農夫走路來回總共30公尺*3
單邊農夫走路來回總共30公尺*2 (回程會換手)
六角槓架上硬舉5下*4 (起槓高度大概在膝蓋位置)
ssb深蹲5下*4 (只蹲1/4)
禮拜四
龍門架負重行走來回總共30公尺*3
啞鈴站姿肩推5下*4
坐姿cable划船,寬窄臥距各5下*4
啞鈴臥推5下*4
希望各位能糾正或者提供我更有效的訓練方式,謝謝!!!!
