增加重量還是增加次數? - 健身

各位巨巨好
我目前健身一年,都是在運動中心
一週練三到四次,每次都會練啞鈴臥推
(獨立訓練加上有護槓的架難排,所以很少練槓鈴臥推)
現在遇到一個問題,就是運動中心的啞鈴已經沒有更重的了(單邊26公斤)
如果是以提升胸肌肌肉量為目標
如果繼續用運動中心最重的啞鈴
進一步提高組次數(目前是一輪做六組,一組次數從12次遞減至6-7次)
跟改用更重的啞鈴,哪一種練法效果比較好?
如果還是增加重量才有效,我會認真找尋其他健身房
