第一次在這邊提出問題,請各位大大多指教...><"
在這邊潛水看資訊一段時間了~也爬不少文~
最近買了x-bite也是因為在這邊看到使用心得才買的唷!^w^
話不多說,先切入正題
買了x-bite之後,每天都有騎30分鐘以上,約40-50分鐘左右
阻力我是開3,
但是我本身或許是體力比較好的關係(以前高中騎腳踏車上學)
阻力3完全不吃力...也留不多汗
最近兩天想說開到4,也是稍微身體會覺得熱比較吃力一點,但是也不多汗
但是感覺大腿靠近膝蓋的地方好像快被我騎出肌肉來了...囧
我是想要瘦身的,有配合少吃,飲食控制
想請問在使用x-bite的部份~~
現在我應該要增加阻力(4或5),讓自己騎的辛苦一點~~
還是該用低阻力(3),延長時間呢???
要變瘦讓曲線更漂亮一點,不要長出壯狀的肌肉...>"<
請指教了...謝謝>_<
