增肌失敗之體脂肪數字重要還是體態重要? - 健身

小魯有去健身房習慣約一年(一週去一兩次,都亂做全身肌群都摸一些)
約今年八月開始認真規劃菜單: 胸→腿→背→手
也規劃先進入增肌階段之後才要減脂 (不過也是幾乎避免油炸類等高油食物)
可是因為和閃光一起住所以避免不了她下班後的宵夜Orz (克制不了誘惑...
也無法餐餐雞胸肉和花椰菜~ 所以吃的方面就比較無法強求
兩個月過後,體重由72 → 76 人生的第一次增重,之前都只怕體重上升
結果卻出乎意料的難...正常的吃結果體重一直掉,而且超級容易餓! 都是重訓害的(大誤
一天至少吃四餐,不過因為還在讀書所以飲食選擇幾乎都外食(一天最多一餐自己煮無油)
雖然成功增重了四公斤但是體脂肪也上升了接近3% (17%多 → 近20%)
雖然我覺得我體態有愈來愈好...

這邊想請教大家該重視體脂肪還是體態呢?
雖然體態是我第一追求,可是體脂肪也是得注意啊...(內臟脂肪在增肌過程也跟著上升)
而最近因為手腕受傷得停止重量訓練,也就是代表我的增肌階段告一段落了。
接著要開始控制飲食(盡量)然後配合大量有氧降體脂~
關於飲食和運動有任何需要改善的,希望各位不吝指教:)
