自己健身後開始戒斷手搖杯
大概半年沒碰了
因為喝水可以幫助減肥
在前期試過一天3500cc左右
但自己是不愛喝水的人
所以後來變自己煮紅茶包加少量的糖
一次一壺5公升大概120g的糖
結果一開始3天一壺現在變一天一壺==
我是買全聯的天仁茗茶大的紅茶包泡
我一開始以為是自己無法離開糖飲
結果後來的紅茶沒加糖我還是照喝
一天沒喝就怪怪的但不至於沒精神
不曉得版上有沒有人也是泡茶當水喝的
長久下來身體真的有出狀況嗎?
或是我應該改成綠茶會比較好呢?
