增肌減脂疑問 - 健身

小弟接觸健身約四個月 當初想要健身是為了減重時不要掉太多肌肉
請問如果訓練量足夠 蛋白質也足夠 也有在做間歇有氧 每天吃低於每日所需的熱量10~5
%
理想狀態下是不是就能 降低體脂(體重) 並且不會流失太多的肌肉量呢?還是我的觀念
錯誤?
家人一直認為吃高蛋白就不會變瘦,不知道要怎麼解釋...
