第一次發文,不知道能否在這裡發問,如有誤請告知我會自刪。
是這樣子的,本身沒有刻意控制體重,三餐正常,也有每周游泳(1000m up)3~4次的運動習慣,
體重並沒什麼起伏,但總是被身邊的人或驚訝或責罵怎麼又瘦了....
參考資料-
性別:女
身高:157
體重:44
BMI:17.8
體脂:17.5 (康是美及學校健身房測量結果均為此數據 有時會只剩17)
想請教各位,這樣子是否需要增重/增脂呢?若需要該怎麼比較合理?
