之前是做鄭姐多燕的有氧操,專門練腹部肌群的 http://youtu.be/5DHwUCIneOI <--這支
但是7月中因病動手術,醫囑約莫6星期不能做跳有氧,所以改為超。慢。跑
就每天(除了星期六)固定晚上1點半左右出去跑30mins,目的是養成天天運動的習慣
也不勉強自己一直跑,所以是100m走、100m跑這樣
但大概是陳年痼疾太多,短短3周下半身該痛得都開始痛了起來~"~
我的陳年痼疾有:
1.念北銘傳的職業傷害(?),膝蓋早在大學時就被診斷疑似退化,天天深蹲1星期一定爆
(其實是自己白目穿高跟鞋上學)
2.之前車禍尾椎脫臼,從此無法久坐,前陣子更發現連溜滑梯都會痛....
昨天開始更增加了3:前脛骨痛.....囧
我只是想要好好運動,看看能不能練出11肌,怎麼阻礙這麼多啊......*倒地*
像我這種幾乎整組壞了了的人,版友們有推薦運動嗎?
