努力減肥約8-9個月了
好不容易將BMI控制在21左右
但因為最近壓力比較大
工作有時不順利或在煩惱要不要去考研究所
開始狂買零食暴吃(昨天就買了5-6百元的零食)
不順心時就狂吃巧克力
這樣持續約一週了..復胖1.5KG
雖然持續運動
但心情就是沒辦法像之前一樣快樂
書念不完的鬱悶來自工作的壓力
就像胸口壓著東西...
這種因為心情不好的狂吃真的好沮喪又生氣
唉...大家都如何克服呢?????
