人們普遍認為,運動是最有效的減肥方法,但美國科研人員發現,僅
靠運動不容易達到減肥效果,更好的減肥方法是「科學進食」。
新華網引述芝加哥「洛約拉」大學等機構公布的這項研究說,只靠運
動鍛煉之所以難達減肥效果,是因為身體在運動後損失大量熱量,使
人們更容易吃進更多的東西。所以科學進食的減肥效果比較好。
所謂科學進食,指的是少吃高熱量食品,多吃高纖維食品,減少脂肪攝取
量的進食方式。
參與研究的營養學家指出:過去人們認為活動少是造成肥胖的主要原因,
這種觀點不完全正確。事實證明,飲食方式與肥胖的關係更為密切,如果
不科學進食,減肥很難奏效。
