原PO自4月初啟動減脂作戰以來,3個月體重減了6公斤(79至73公斤),速度應該是還OK > <
飲食部分有好好看置底,各類均衡,吃到基代+200,運動則是一周6次在家跳拳擊有氧(Turbofire)跟核心運動。
最近天氣愈來愈熱,雖然不像外出慢跑的朋友曬太陽,但也明顯體力變差,原本可以好好跳完45分鐘,現在到後半部都有種快昏倒的FU XDDD
請問該如何消緩夏天體力不濟的問題呢?如果加入重訓會讓體力變好嗎?(目前沒做幾次重訓,因為想先集中消脂)
