外食族的減肥菜單 - 美體

三餐都在外的我~減肥真的有點難
吃東西大概都是吃一樣的東西
想要瘦5公斤~不知道這樣吃熱量大概多少~
或是~會不會吃太多
當然~運動是必要的!
以下是我的菜單~請大家幫我看看這樣好不好
或是有哪邊需要修改的?!
早餐:吐司夾蛋(常吃) OR豬排蛋吐司(常吃) OR薯泥蛋吐司(常吃) OR牛肉芝士漢堡(少)
午餐:炒烏龍麵 OR 榨菜肉絲乾麵 OR 水餃10顆+酸辣湯
OR 炒飯 OR 鍋燒意麵 OR咖哩烏龍麵 OR咖哩蓋飯
晚餐:滷味(三份OR二份青菜 蘿蔔 鴨血OR大豆乾 調味料不加沙茶)
OR 自助餐(沒飯沒肉只有5-6樣菜)
運動: 盡量一個星期有三天, 快走操場1個小時(有時添加慢跑兩圈)
不知道這樣有沒有辦法~在3個月內減下5公斤~
我想要瘦瘦的可以穿比基尼啦!!
