有點好奇大家都怎麼吃
像我是實驗室宅女
每天的工作量其實不太耗體力
一週固定慢跑三次 每次40分鐘以上
有慢跑那天會多吃一點 大約超過基代200卡
沒慢跑那天就吃大約超過100卡
飲食是澱粉類佔總熱量一半 大多都是白飯 全麥吐司等
剩下的是蛋白質和脂質各佔一半 大多是蛋 雞肉 魚肉 低脂起司等
每天都會吃足量的蔬菜水果
這樣...應該沒問題吧?
