本身是一個高個子,大約170公分,從高中到研究所都不是個瘦子,
大約都在60~65公斤左右。
出了社會之後真的深深地覺得自己的屁股好大...
從去年11月左右開始積極的減肥,那時候最重大概63公斤吧!
減到今年2月左右,最瘦大概到52公斤左右,
當時候沒看板,都是用吃少少+每天x-bike 40min,
在56公斤的時候有一段停滯期,後來加強運動強度,
每天游泳一到兩小時,就瞬間下滑到52公斤
大概維持在52~53公斤到5月份左右,
期間也有爆食的時候,但是因為有運動,所以體重一直都沒變化太多。
但是從6月開始,我突然間覺得好累...
本身工作十分忙碌,七八點下了班沖沖吃完晚餐,還來不及坐在餐桌前好好吃個晚餐,
通常都是隨便買個麵包或是巧克力吃一吃,就跑去游泳了...
因為怕太晚游泳池關門或者太晚不敢去國小跑操場...真的是覺得好累...
開始有一種自暴自棄的感覺,不想運動就算了,還開始狂吃巧克力和零食
因為覺得就算瘦到目標體重,我還是不能輕鬆的過日子,
真的覺得好累...還是要花很多時間控制飲食和維持運動。。。
我已經忘記我以前是怎樣過日子的了
我只知道我現在每天都很擔心熱量超過
每次在吃之前都思考很久,很怕今天熱量超過了,
可能想吃蛋餅,但是就會想到版大說蛋餅很油...
不然就是想吃個炒飯,也會想到很油...
就會覺得那以前對我來說再簡單不過的食物,原來那麼罪惡
原來每天的三餐就是飯+青菜+不炸的主食
我總覺得這樣的日子對我來說,超難適應。
想到為了維持體重要維持這樣緊繃的日子,就覺得爆食算了
所以常常每隔幾天就大爆炸...爆炸一些甜食...
所以體重到了56公斤,還好我還有些理智,最近已經比較克制一些。。。
只是我心中有好大的疑問。。。
1. 每天都吃飯+青菜+肉超清淡,這就是人生嗎?
只有這樣我才能維持瘦瘦的身材嗎?
2. 每天工作下班好累,硬是要花一兩個小時的時間運動,
累到翻掉,這就是人生嗎?只有這樣我才能維持嗎?
減肥到現在,覺得每天都好緊繃,上班想著不能吃零食要控制熱量,
上班想著要趕快下班去運動。。。
而且月經也都不正常了,(可能是我一開始吃太少)
想到這邊就更沮喪。。。
每次看到版友說,減肥就是建立良好的生活習慣,
可是怎麼會這麼難。。。。。。
覺得很灰心,如果我想討拍拍會不會被噓阿。壓力好大。囧。
唉...大家都不會累嗎?我好想知道...
