之前的運動是邊看電視邊走健走機
成效不錯 流汗也很痛快
由於工作關係
我只有白天可以運動
可是隨著天氣越來越熱
坐著不動就滿身黏膩
我一個人而已又捨不得吹冷氣
電風扇吹出來的都是熱風
讓我更懶的運動
也越來越胖
該怎麼解決呢?
