大概是做Leg Extension以及Leg Curl器材
一般來說應該是大腿前側肌群會比大腿後側肌群來得有力
不知道有無一個教科書式的比例呢?
那天問了一個物理治療師..他是很心虛的說了個0.8的數字...
會這樣問是因為ACL受傷,PRP治療後
醫生開了一個等速肌力訓練儀的運動處分

每次踢腿或是勾腿,電腦螢幕上都會出現波峰
可以看到你動作的功率輸出,
我大概勾腿時都只有踢腿時候的1/3~2/3左右
除非是輪到電腦設定重量比較輕的排程,勾腿才大概有踢腿的7~8成
治療師也很直覺的問我是不是有腰部不舒服的問題
大腿後側肌群整個都沒有力
題外話,一台等速肌力訓練儀好像要一兩百萬
之前傻傻的不識貨,還跟治療師說我在健身房有做過這動作...
結果根本天差地遠
然後受傷的膝蓋踢這一台真的做起來很舒服
可以在任何角度使出最大的力氣訓練,
ACL受傷後已經很久沒有這種沒有顧慮的使用大腿肌肉的感覺了
