大腿內側肌肉如何強化? - 健身

膝傷事件終於逐漸落幕..
約一個月前感覺到膝蓋會酸..於是暫停運動..休息一週..
但是休息一週後未見明顯改善..於是去看醫生..
醫生判斷是退化性關節炎..也就是膝蓋軟骨磨損..所幸狀況並不嚴重..
當時是開肌肉鬆弛劑和消炎藥..然後做復健..
分別是照紅外線燈和向量干擾治療..並且預掛昨天回診看X光片..
昨天看了X光片..如醫生判斷膝蓋軟骨磨損了..醫生建議持續做復健..
我詢問是否需要吃葡萄糖胺..醫生說我的狀況不用浪費錢..
不過內側磨損比外側多..表示大腿內側肌肉力量不足..
想請教一下各位..有什麼比較方便的..不需到健身房的方法..
可以強化大腿內側肌肉呢??
最好的消息是..可以開始恢復運動了..而且休息這一個月期間並沒有復胖..
體重仍在誤差範圍內跑~~
