真的是忍不住要來highlight一下d板友的推文
澱粉的部份你自己是特例不能攝取太多,還要別人也跟你一樣,
但是重訓到底哪裡礙到你了?
我舉個例子,這裡有個萬年處男甲:
甲:做愛除了繁殖還能做啥?
乙:舒服、放鬆壓力、增進兩性關係
甲:舒服、放鬆壓力、增進兩性關係 都非做愛才能達到,一般看電影、逛街也行。
這不是很好笑嗎,
別人選擇他的方式,你自己不喜歡,就硬要否定到底。

肌肉不是那麼容易長的,妳應該要先釐清觀念,
肌肉板也不是只有教妳長肌肉,
那邊和這裡一樣很多關於健康的知識。
妳既然覺得自己太瘦,那當然是要多吃一點,
還要營養一點,不要吃一堆零食,
妳沒有基礎一開始就練Tabata是有可能造成運動傷害的,
所以其他板友才會建議妳循序漸進,
妳如果只想聽到自己想聽的,
那妳真的不適合來這個板。
