雖然原文是廢文但我想分享一下
我個人是吃不胖、易瘦、難增肌的體質、基因
身高170長年維持在50不到,最低43公斤左右
基礎代謝*2以上勉強可以慢慢增加體重
訓練三年多接近80公斤
但前陣子失戀,大概才一星期多,飲食不變,體重卻從80公斤溜滑梯到75公斤不到
不清楚是失去了什麼的重量,整個人就是小了一點點
情緒極度低落,吃雖然正常,但睡眠品質極差,睡睡醒醒
腸胃也因為情緒、壓力過大不適,從沒吃過胃藥這次吃了不少胃乳
訓練時當然力量、耐力都掉了不少
可見以我來說,心理的健康完全會影響生理
失戀狀態下別說增肌,能維持現狀我覺得就不錯了
雖然我不知道以醫學的角度如何解釋
但我現在都會提醒自己,健身也得顧及心理健康
