本人天生體型就是一副乾扁矮小營養不良的樣子,
自恃著吃不胖,運動也就三天捕魚兩天曬網,
想到的時候才去跑一跑步,或是做做瑜伽,跳跳有氧而已。
但是自從踏入3字頭(哭)之後,身體的代謝真的變慢了,
肉開始下垂,膠原蛋白流失的速度也快很多,
顯然不夠認真的運動已經趕不上老化了!
今年一月開始,因為天氣冷,開始在家多加了一些自我訓練,
其中最有效果的應該就是深蹲了。
為什麼這樣說呢?前面有提到本人天生乾扁,
所以屁股也是扁塌塌的,自從做了深蹲以後,
我的屁股居然長出來了!!!
第一次知道穿牛仔褲有屁股撐起來可以多好看,(以前都只能偷看別人的)
而且訓練後股四頭肌跟臀大肌的耐力增加,
跑步的距離居然拉長了,莫名的就多跑了2km。
還有一個令人害羞的好處,就是XX部位的肌肉整個變得超緊的....
棉條變得好難推啊>////<
想要擁有可以放啤酒罐的翹臀,想要增加閨房之樂的女孩,
一起果斷做深蹲吧!
而且我做的菜單並沒有很困難,
要是懶一些,就深蹲20個一組,每天做三組,
結束之後拉拉筋就結束了,
大約一個月後這樣做已經完全不費力了,
就可以用個背包裝些重物背在身上增加負重,
或是蹲下去的時候拉長停留的時間。

動作不是很難,但是都很有效果。
下一步是希望練胸肌跟練屁股一樣有成效啊...
