最近開始想練身材
特別是臀部跟腹肌
有個問題想請教大家
我本身骨架蠻大的
不管胖到幾公斤我的鎖骨都還在
肌肉還算結實,但看起來就有點壯(肩膀稍寬)
所以看起來很大隻 (比較起瘦弱的女生就是很魁武)
很多時候買衣服都是因為肩寬不合
請問如果開始減肥+健身 會看起來更壯嘛?
這個還蠻令我擔心的
還是有其他骨架大的女星的案例,可以分享?
麻煩大家給我一點建議了
