目前還持續在減脂,然後每天的菜單如下:
早餐:
兩包costco桂格大燕麥片+水果(奇異果,櫻桃)
戰神乳清一包
中午:
雞胸肉150g
糙米飯75g
自助餐菜夾滿便當盒(以綠色葉菜類和高麗菜為主)
晚餐:
雞胸肉150g
糙米飯75g
湯青菜一碗
練後:
戰神乳清一包
