各位好
最近減重小小的分享
我減重有點太快,希望大家不要鞭太大力
大概花了2個月減了7公斤
因為去年準備國考那段期間胖到57-58
過完年就開始努力運動+少吃
身高163
現在49.8公斤左右~
體脂肪前陣子54公斤時量是21
最近沒有還沒量
因為我平常有仰臥起坐習慣還有核心肌群的訓練
沒事就看http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcKrJnSFXCw
一開始有些吃力
現在覺得做完都不算太累~但脖子有點酸
成果~慎入

但我要說我腹肌是長時間練的
所以也不是說短時間練出來
只是減肥讓他終於可以見人了(拭淚
對了~我也想請教
我小腹為什麼還是凸凸的阿QQ
那真的沒救了嗎......
