請問女生體脂25
還需要減肥嗎?
是一直有固定運動
跑步及游泳 都有至少40min最長會拉到1小時
這個習慣大概維持了1年多快要2年了
原本體脂約30
那現在25是屬於健康的範圍嗎?
因為我現在28歲,快要30了,想要把身體調整好
25是不是還太高??
我看我同學體脂竟然只有19 整個人好單薄 @@
我想要健康又好看
