瘦不下來? - 減肥

這陣子想要減肥 圓PO 175cm 90kg 23y
於是從節食跟運動入手...
有氧的頻率大概是一個禮拜三 四次這樣(飛輪70分)
有搭配重訓下去坐 重訓則依當天狀況去訓練
食物控制一天大概控制在兩餐
早餐比較不固定 通常是一份餐點加一杯豆漿之類的飲品
午餐就是一個便當 四配菜一主菜
晚餐如沒聚會則很少在吃
個人覺得午餐份量多了點
但以一個90kg的胖子來說 一個便當應該還好才對啊 畢竟我還有在運動 囧
怎會一直瘦不下來呢~"~
還是這是...所謂的撞牆期!?
