我有點不知道標題要打什麼...
最近開始跑步
因為說要減肥說了好久
想說開始實行不要再說說了
大概目標瘦個五公斤吧
不過慢慢來就好
我不想太急把身體搞壞
兩個月的時間瘦下來就可以了
想問的是
我是去慢跑
一邊增加自己的體力為以後當兵跑步作準備...
一邊可以達到慢慢減肥的目的
想請問各位
跑步有沒有辦法把腳踝往上8公分這段變的有線條變細一點
我希望平常穿短褲可以看起來讓我的小腿細一點
還是有沒有其他方式可以瘦這一段?
