本人153/40~43
屬於上半身偏瘦 下半身胖/普普的類型
通常大家看到我會問我有沒有40....
可是老實說 我根本已過四十很多年
是這暑假不知怎樣 去體健竟然剩40....
(我一直懷疑體檢的體重機不準 因為我在家量都馬43左右 去體檢都會瘦個幾公斤)
偏偏本人皮膚又不白 太瘦會不好看
可是更慘的是 如果變胖 也只會胖到臉或下半身 上半身依舊瘦
不然就是好不容易有胖一點點 卻很迅速的又瘦下去
很想瘋狂吃炸雞或什麼高油脂增肥
可是偏偏又不愛運動 之前膽固醇還過高 囧
所以陷入一種矛盾狀況
不知道到底有沒有甚麼好辦法可以增肥上半身的 謝謝^^"
