我不算胖但整體看起來就是大腿比較肉,請問有什麼方法可以改善呢??
我不想刻意減肥但如果有什麼可改善我願意.
我平常生活習慣是上課(騎機車去),走路到教室,在校園就是走路,
離開後就是機車機車機車,不太運動,很愛坐在電腦前玩電腦.
