小弟有幸通過鐵特第一試,而第二試是1200M測驗(需在5分50秒內完成)
先前就有進行一週2~3天2800公尺的跑步(沒測時間)
上星期六測了一下時間,跑完1200M是6分50秒(Orz...可能是先前跑步強度不夠吧...)
所以參考了下先前S大的文章,這週一開始改成早上1200M全力跑,晚上2800M慢慢跑。
(有測了一下時間沒啥進步...雖然才第3天...)
想請問一下這種訓練方式可行嗎?還是各位先進有其他的建議呢?
(ex.400M間歇訓練?)
10/14號就要測驗了,還差1分鐘的時間挺焦急的@@,不曉得各位先進有什麼建議呢?
