如何在家練到隔天手臂不舉?? - 健身

我身高175 體重只有57
所以想把自己手臂跟胸部練粗練厚一點...
看了精華區好像說伏地挺身比較沒辦法長肌肉
想請問各位如何能在家練到手舉不起來的程度
因為大學時有跟一個練好幾年的朋友上過一陣子學校的健身房
通常當天練到回家洗澡連肥皂都拿不太起來
可是隔天或隔兩天就恢復的差不多
現在有點懷念當初"虐待”自己的痛快感
又不想以次數來取代重量
才想上來請教有沒有在家可以做到又不太花錢的方法??
