偶爾會吃鹹酥雞(大概一個月1-2次)
日常作息時間:晚上11點睡,早上7點起來
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:無
我的問題:
這是我弟,他回家就是坐著玩電腦,邊玩邊吃,吃個不停
要怎麼救他?

我媽很固執~"~就連我想叫我弟去倒垃圾(搭電梯到樓下),她都覺得只是我懶,根本
不是要幫他,爸媽有心臟病、高血壓、糖尿病的病史。
想請問大家想減肥的動機是什麼呢
