一個部位看起來大有三種原因
一、脂肪堆積
這必須要靠長期持續的有氧運動消除
也不是說你這禮拜做了下禮拜就看的見效果
有時候脂肪量比較多還需要持續2、3個月以上
二、肌肉堆積
肌肉沒這麼好練吧?
專業的重訓才有這麼大塊的肌肉吧?
有些人以為摸起來硬硬的就是肌肉
誰跟你說脂肪不會硬了=.=
要肌肉瘦下要怎麼做?
不要使用它自然就會瘦
但是下半身比較麻煩
要是你上半身太重
下半身等於整天都在做肌肉訓練
所以最好的方法還是運動瘦了全身之後
再減緩腿部運動
下半身自然就會瘦了
三、骨架問題
要是你覺得看起來很大的部位
其實實際上都是骨頭在外圍的話
那就是骨架的問題
骨架天生的啊
這沒辦法改變吧...
可能就是整形了...
