如何提升代謝率? - 減肥

我21歲 55公斤 158.9公分
以前國中的時候靠跑步5個月瘦了10公斤(早晚吃家裡 午餐吃學校的)
最近又想開始減肥 照自己以往的方式 每天跑步 而且跑得還比以前更多圈時間更久
大約1小時(有時會超過) 然後1.2公里x4圈 (半走半跑)
跑的時候只有先走一圈舒緩 然後跑完會拉筋約5分鐘
我想問的是 為什麼已經跑了快兩個月了體重還是一直不降?? >>超沮喪的
我一天只吃兩餐 午餐不吃 只吃早晚 早餐會吃超多以免中午餓肚子 晚餐吃剛好
我姊跟我說是年紀大的關係 加上我有晚睡的習慣 (所以我運動時間都是在晚上
差不多23點到24點這之間 回家洗完澡也1點多了)
那夜跑的不就都不健康了嗎????
我早餐有時外食有時家裡會買麵包 晚餐的話幾乎都吃外面
請問需要吃什麼保健食品(類似B群 維他命C等) 才能提升代謝率呢??
最近嘗試晨跑 一樣一小時四圈 不曉得有沒有效((可是一早爬起來真的很痛苦...Q Q
不過跑步真的會上癮 我一天沒跑就覺得很不舒服呢!!
而且跑步讓心情變得很愉快 只是腳很痠是真的 哈哈
重點還是希望能在這個冬天瘦回50公斤啦~~
