如題我是個標準身材的女生165cm55kg可是我的體脂肪過高有33%!驚人數字我很想降體脂肪因為我的大腿和腹部都肉肉的是體脂肪在作怪吧>_<我不想降到肌肉體重可以降的話當然是更好...之前有接觸賀寶芙但講真的我不太會使用這個產品目前每天固定喝2000cc的水會跳鄭多燕瘦身操30分鐘油炸也盡量不碰了結果體重不減反增了現在57kg整個信心大減...感覺很快就要衝到60了我不要廣��
